RETURNS

Due to the nature of our merchandise, we accept no returns. Flip flops have been returned worn and dirty, we have been force to NOT accept returns for credit or refund.

Our policy is to exchange or offer store credit only for hand-crafted jewelry that does have a functional defect up to 15 days after purchase date. Custom orders are non-refundable or exchangable. Please note that all sale items are sold as is with NO returns. All items rhinestone or crystal embellished are sold as is with NO returns. Most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind items and stones differ individually. Different shapes and sizes give personality and uniqueness to each piece.

Second hand items are sold "AS IS"!

Authorized refunds and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable. Free shipping offers are not valid when making an exchange, so while you may not be charged at checkout, shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

SHIPPING

We ship promptly! In most cases, your Buckaroo Bay purchase will be mailed 1-2 business days. Belts, shirts and handmade jewely may take 10-20 days for delivery. The rhinestone dog collars are custom orders and may take up to 21 days delivery.

We cannot guarantee times of arrival. We do not assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands. All orders include free delivery confirmation. If you did not receive your parcel, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic Shipping:

We use USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail as our standard methods of shipment, both of which should take 2-5 business days to arrive at your door. Occasionally with heavier orders, Parcel Post will be used and may take a few days longer.

Express Mail:

As a service to our valued customers, rush shipping is available for an additional charge. We will not be held responsible for service transit time provided by the carrier and such times may vary with package origin and destination. Sundays and holidays are excluded. Delivery may require a signature confirmation.

Furniture orders

All larger items or furniture will be delivered curbside by a freight carrier. The freight carrier will schedule a delivery time and drop curbside. Customer is responsible for moving furniture from curbside. Make sure you have someone who is available to help take your furniture into your home. We can offer a White Glove Delivery service (delivered into your home and set up). The service is available for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information or a quote. Customer should inspect furniture for damages prior to signing the bill of lading provided on delivery. Make sure you reference any damage to the outside of box or carton on bill of lading when delivered. This will help assure liability of freight carrier if any damage is found on furniture after placement inside your house.

We ship via UPS, FedEx and UPS Freight. Shipping rates and free shipping only applies to items shipped within the continental U.S. (not Alaska and Hawaii orders). Free shipping is for ground service only, not express or overnight service.

Most of our items will ship within 3 days of order placement. Some of our items may ship directly from our manufacturer and may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Each item lists estimated ship time by description. If you order more than one product you may receive it in separate deliveries. Special order furniture pieces will take 6-8 weeks and is noted on any items that apply.

Alaska and Hawaii Furniture orders

Not all orders can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping chart above and free shipping does not apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders. The shipping rate will be higher. Please contact us for more information and shipping quotes.

International Policy:

We are sorry, but we are not shipping outside the US at this time.

When you check out, your shipping will be calculated based on weight and location for USPS Global Priority Mail plus a $20 handling fee. Promotional shipping offers are for domestic mail only!

Internationally shipped parcels will be subject to customs inspections, and as the buyer you will be responsible for any and all customs, tariffs and duties. Most packages shipped outside the US arrive quickly, but customs can slow its delivery by a few days to a few weeks. We have no control over how long your package may take to clear customs in your country.

Payment & Security Information

Visa & MasterCard are accepted through PayPal's secure server.

PayPal eChecks are accepted as well.

Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days for it to clear PayPal, so please keep in mind that your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice that your transaction has been completed.

WHOLESALE AND DROPSHIPPING TERMS

Although Buckaroobay.com has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that sometimes orders are short shipped, sometimes merchandise is broken, sometimes the wrong product is sent. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.

Buckaroobay.com guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. Qualified dropshipped orders may be returned up to 10 days after received date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 10 DAYS. Qualified Wholesale orders may be returned up to 5 days after recieved date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUHORIZED AFTER DAYS. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Buckaroobay.com to be returned to Buckaroobay.com shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 10 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.

"Closeout Corner" and "sale" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned. Rhinestone items are "final sales" and can not be returned.

Please e-mail Customer Service at linda@buckaroobay.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

The liability of Buckaroobay.com for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Buckaroobay.com is not responsible for lack of sales on behalf of a retailer. Buckaroobay.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

If Buckaroobay.com decides to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS or FEDEX will be subject to UPS or FEDEX Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buckaroobay.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
