WHOLESALE AND DROPSHIPPING TERMS
Although Buckaroobay.com has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that sometimes orders are short shipped, sometimes merchandise is broken, sometimes the wrong product is sent. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.
Buckaroobay.com guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. Qualified dropshipped orders may be returned up to 10 days after received date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 10 DAYS. Qualified Wholesale orders may be returned up to 5 days after recieved date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUHORIZED AFTER DAYS. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Buckaroobay.com to be returned to Buckaroobay.com shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 10 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.
"Closeout Corner" and "sale" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned. Rhinestone items are "final sales" and can not be returned.
Please e-mail Customer Service at linda@buckaroobay.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
The liability of Buckaroobay.com for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Buckaroobay.com is not responsible for lack of sales on behalf of a retailer. Buckaroobay.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
If Buckaroobay.com decides to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS or FEDEX will be subject to UPS or FEDEX Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.

You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Buckaroobay.com is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Buckaroobay.com reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Buckaroobay.com in its sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buckaroobay.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

There is a first time minimum purchase order of $75 (before shipping) and then only $40 minumum purchase order (before shipping.) When ordering ALL shirts, they must be ordered in size sets. If you need a larger quantity than what is in stock, shoot me an email and we will do our best to fill it. Products will be added weekly.
DROP SHIPPING
Available to website owners only!

We will drop ship with no minimum purchase for those owning a website. There is only a $5 fee per order. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you for that fee...it must be paid before your order can be processed. Items will be shipped using a packing slip with product and prices only...no mention of where the product came from. We do require purchases on a regular basis to qualify for this benefit. If no purchase has been made in 45 days, your drop shipping privledges will be discontinued
